What is the name of this movie?

i watched it when I was 8, it was a comedy about the ghetto. One black guy had an afro with a hair brush stuck in it and walked around with it (I think it's Marlon Wayans) and then I remember his grandma was driving her car and it was umping up and down like a pimp's as she called out 'N*****!" to them. I remember laughing my pants off, yet I always forget who the character are!
