t of weight quick please help i swam 30 laps last night i need to know what i can and cant eat and what i should do for excercise im gonna start swimming everyday in my pool at least 150 laps if i can this is urgent im tired of people mistaking me for a female i cut my hair i had long hair i am tired of people making jokes about me beng fat really id rather be anorexic looking then being fat i wanna lose at least 65lbs
