saute onions, garlic, mushrooms & peppers. (as much as you like. i would use half med. onion, 4-5 garlic, 1/4 package mushrooms & half green pepper.) brown 1 lb. of meat in same pan. drain liquid & add small can each sauce & paste, 2 tablespoons sugar, 5 or 6 roma tomatoes & enough water for thinning. simmer, the longer the better. it will be better the next day.
