Good therapy or misguided therapy

Some cancer patients find it beneficial for relaxation, nausea, and as an appetite stimulant. There are states in the US that allow the use of medical marijuana, so it can be obtained legally and used for that purpose. I am not sure what you are conflicted about . . . the biggest objection concerning iilegal marijuana for a cancer patient would be if the product is safe to use (any unknown substances on the product) . . or fungus could endanger a cancer patients life.
