If an Aikidoka got in this specific selfdefense situation...would he prevail and come out of it unharmed?

The aikidoka has spent one year studying aikido. At work he works with an overbearing bully. The aikidoka and bully are talking and the bully wants to get aggressive with aikidoka. The aikidoka uses all means available to him to descalate the bully's aggressive words and posture. It doesn't work. The bully wants to beat up the aikidoka bad! They are about the same size, same everything, except one is a peaceful, "good" person, who hasn't been in a full out fistfight and the other is violent, "bad" person, who hasn't been in a lot of fistfights. The aikidoka is committed to aikido's philosophies of not overly harming your attacker if possible. He is in a safe distance away. He is 100% defense mode and will not attack the bully. He will use defense, aikido throws, and pins if he has to though (and simple non harmful strikes [atemi]). The bully is 100% aggressive and will keep going until he is stopped somehow. He will use any move he has learned in his streetfights (he is not a formally trained fighter just an experienced streetfighter). What will happen?
