Does anyone have a positive experience with Yahoo technical support?
I was composing email when suddenly text appeared in the subject line which was apropos to a dispute I was having with another Yahoo user who had threatened me with hiring a private investigator. The PI or a hacker he hired was clearly responsible. In addition I suddenly found that I was able to start a chat with myself. I provided all this information to Yahoo. Six or more times they came back with nonsensical solutions which said I should change my pword or use another account. At best the responses from Yahoo are moronic. You'd think they'd be interested in finding out how their mail client could be hacked in such a manner. I'm royally annoyed by their idiocy. Is this standard Yahoo technical support behavior?
