Looking for a great jazz/restaurant club combo experience in new york city...were are staying in midtown east?

Try the Jazz Standard East 27th between Park and Lexington or Iridium on Broadway above Times Square -- they have the best food of the Jazz Clubs and have top talent -- some of the other top clubs -- Blue Note etc. have top talent but overpriced so so food and not very comfortable seating.
