i know im gonna get yelled at saying i should do it the healthy way but i need to lose 1 or 2 lbs by tomorow for a weigh in...ive lost 40 lbs all together in a few months the healthy way but now i just need to lose these last 1 or 2 measly little lbs that WONT GO AWAY lol...how would i do this..water pills?sauna?excercise?a mix of all of those? i need help!?!
