What is the name of a music duo--two men, one white, one black--that was popular in Europe in summer '00?

I was overseas in the summer of 2000 and remember watching MTV Europe on TV. I remember a video by a musical group that had two men--one black, one white--but I cannot for the life of me remember the name of the group or the song. I'm pretty sure that the black man had a shaved head and that the white man had brown hair. The song was in rotation with songs like "Shackles" by Mary Mary, "It Feels So Good" by Sonique, and "Rome Wasn't Built in a Day" by Morcheeba. If I could get the name of the group, or even just a suggestion of who I might be thinking of, that would be great. Thanks.
