I have 2 red empress' but not sure if they are male or female. They both look like juveniles, but the larger one is between 3-4" and is starting to get orangish lookins in its dorsal fin, fin, and tail fin. Is that one a male? The smaller one which is about 2-3" doesn't have any coloring. Looks like a plain juvenile. I am a PV2 in th United States Army and upon arriving to my unit I did not p my DIAGNOSTIC p.t. test. I shouldn't of taken it to let my knee heal in the first place, but i was stubborn, and the results of the test showed it. I play semi-pro football for a team here on post, and now my NCOIC is trying to tell me that i cannot play anymore. I am not flagged and have always scored a 260 or above on the 10 p.t. tests I have taken since I joined until this one. I am not on any kind of punishment whatsoever and was simply counseld because of not ping the test. Does my NCO have the authority to tell me I cannot play football after I get off work on my own time? It really seems like he is just trying to screw me over for some reason and I think this solidifies why. My question to NCO's in any branch of military is this. If you had a soldier whom you thought was struggling physically reguardless of his or her oustanding scores in the past, would you force them to stop getting in better shape by making them quit the sports they are involved in? I know he cannot physically force me to stop, but I really would appreciate an army regulation I could show my first line NCO to show him that he needs to realize the extent of his authority.

How to get better at BJJ?!?

I just started BJJ last week. I SUCK! Everytime I go to the dojo everyone owns me. I am kinda just thrown in which I guess is the best way to learn. But I feel SO lost! My best friend's disturbing diet?

It would shift to a higher gear on the highway way before it should making for a very weak powered truck. The shift patterns on these "dogs" are just weak. Do yourself a favour and trade it for an import ,Nissan , Izuzu, toyota, way better mileage and if it's an auto it will shift when it's supposed to.

I am having a hard time with the definition of dating. I am not stupid by any means, but I am confused as to what is expected of me. I have been "seeing", "dating", "talking" to a man for almost three months now. We have never really been on a "date" per-say, we just started hanging out and spending entire weekends together. OK, here's where I may have screwed up... three weeks ago I asked where this relationship stood. You know, are we seeing other people, are we exclusive, are we just friends... I have had other opportunities present that I had turned down not knowing if I was in a "relationship" or not. His answer was this... "I am not ready for anything serious right now. I like you, I like hanging out with you" which to me sounds like it is a casual thing, right? But everything else he is doing is screaming "relationship"!! To do this, you take a matte (meaning no shimmer) bronzer or blush that is darker than your face color but not too dark. Then you take an angled face brush and make a fish face and put the color across your cheekbones. It’s hard to explain, but you can find good videos on you tube showing how to do it, and do it right. If you can actually do it right it can really help your face appear thinner. I am considering divorce, what should I do?

My husband is bi-polar and has some issues either beyond or as a result. He makes bad choices sometimes and seems to have a hard time with dealing with demands of life. I was aware of his issues before we married, but I thought that they were improving and I thought that if we had a new start then things would get better. I also thought that I could help him. The issues have been that he becomes unstable when we argue or if a highly stressful event occurs, he is on meds but still seems to want to have a drink almost every day, and I feel like there is a threat that he will be physical with me. He has been physical in the past and in the past 2 months has threatened me during an episode and kept me from leaving our home. He hit my leg just yesterday. He did not use much force yesterday, but still hit my leg. I had become annoyed with him and had an upset tone with him. He has told me before that if I never yell at him then he will never be physical because my yelling triggers him to become unstable. I do not want this conflict in my life anymore and feel that I am always struggling or dealing with some sort of issues in our marriage. How should I leave if I decide to do so? I pay all of the bills while he is on ssi, but he is on the lease. I have told him countless times that I do not think it is working and that he is too unstable for me to deal with, but he always tries everything to stop me such as: saying he loves me so much, apologizing, acting suicidal, making promises, and saying that he needs me. I also have realized that he becomes more unstable when I talk about divorce and that I have to do this on my own, possibly discreetly. We were supposed to move in about a month, but I need to take some sort of action now and am not sure how to best approach this. I still have many resposibilities to take care of here in the next month. I do not want to leave him with no place to go but also can not keep living like this.

I work for a media company and sometimes cover news during my time off. The editor insists that I am on call whenever she needs me, nights and weekends, but I am not staff; I am not salary and have been issued no phone or pager. I am simply an hourly employee at the bottom of the food chain. I told her I have to take a second job that is not with media, a competitor or in any way creates a conflict of interest. A while back, before I recieve any benefits at work , I looked at how much taxes was deducted. I found over half my income went to taxes. This includes state, social security and Federal as well as others. I am far from being rich too. I worked for the feds and part of the problem is corruption and abuse. I talked to some Democrats in politics and they would scream at how corrupt Bush was. I of course did not disagree, but they would tell me taht we need to spend a lot more money on infrastructure. I told them , that Bush was still President, and if we increase spending , even more money would be lost in corruption. I was flabbergasted that their response was , "so what". Money which exchange hands, even if through illegal means still increase the GNP, and that is how some see it. I had a friend who worked in a federal program which gives out free vaccinations. Very few vaccinations were handed out, and most of the vaccines was dumped. No one knows of this program. My umption was that the money spent on the vaccines was just to make drug companies rich and that they hide this program so those who needs the vaccines would end up buying it, making the drug companies richer. The point of the story is , that the Democrats only have these social programs to make corporations rich. Like government cheese was to help the dairy industry rather than help the people. Neither parties are accountable to the people. I agree the Democrats has no desire to get out of the war. They want to prolong the war to gain votes and increase hostilities towards the Republicans.

Blood Pressure in Pregnancy?

So I am now 28 weeks pregnant with my third and this has by far been the easiest pregnancy up until this point. I have only put on 12 lbs and have been very active with yoga and relaxation breathing. My blood pressure has always run on the low to normal side, but at my appointment a few days ago it was 135/85. I had a few instances of standing too quickly and seeins, and have always been prone to headaches (pregnant or not), but I was convinced it was due to low BP. I can not help but be incredibly nervous now about my BP. At the end of my appointment it was 130/78 and I now have to collect a 24 hour urinalysis along with another BP check on Monday. I did not have any problems in my first two pregnancies and am only 28 years old. Should I be concerned? I can't help but be incredibly anxious about preeclampsia even though they checked my urine for protein and did not say anything. Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

My husband won't get rid of carpet?

i hate this carpet, it's 25 years old. i shampoo it at least twice a year. as my husband refuses to help keep it clean. i've been begging to get rid of it & put down linoleum ( we've had several animals through out the years). what to do with him - he gets very mad if i start nagging about pulling it up. he said if we get the carpet out, he'd want new carpet but my back can't take the pain of pushing around a vacuum much more. not cleaning it at all is not an option, he could care less if it's dirty, i can't stand it dirty so that's why i clean it. and he's definitely not going to vacuum or shampoo it. it looks so bad too, holes in it where the dogs have scratched at it, can't get rid of the dogs (but not getting anymore anyway.) ....I know i can get rid of the husband! naw- just too crazy about him.

Ok, my parents are getting rid of my horse because she is spooky. Now we have another horse but my parents don't really think she is working out either her name is sunny. When we first got sunny i really did not like her because; "she stumbles, she has a ewe neck, 14 is old, shes skinny and has rain rot" but i have been slowly nursing her back to health since early febuary and she is turning into a stunning QH! her coat is shining the rain rot is gone her weight is almost perfect, she hasnt stumbled since her feet were done(they were messed up thats why) her neck has filled in and her withers have to. I realize now how i like her level headed-ness and she is a very nice ride because she is awsome with vocal commands. Im starting to think i should keep her as my horse, what do you think?

I have to agree with the previous answers. Wire wheels may be easier to clean but they can injure there legs and feet severly. My hamsters previous owner had a wire wheel and while he was running his legs got caught a few times. He also had a big scab on where this happened. For your hamsters saftey use a plastic wheel without anything there feet can get stuck in. Its not a big hazard but accidents do happen. Also there has been studys on Run About about not enough oxygen getting to your hamsters lungs. I personly use them,and i have found nothing wrong with them, so thats just a precaution. Uhmm, other wise everything is fine. Your bedding is fine despite what others say. Some people would not use any wood shavings (aspen cedar ect.) because there was some other scientific studys that the dust particles would get into there sytem. I use cedar, but aspen is perfectly fine. Care fresh would be fine too if you ever wanted something different carefresh would be a good alternative, but you are looking at a higher cost for a littler amount. I personly don't buy it cause it looks quite unnatural. But it is deffinitly OK. So maybe invest in a plastic wheel.(there not much of an investment) they can range from 7-15$. 15$ for being a large wheel. You can probablly get a dwarf wheel for quite cheap, most likely 7$ being on sale, your probablly looking at 10$ for one not on sale and "good" quality. Hope this hepled you!

no the twist stepper does not work i have had 1 of these and it was very boring and it had no results and is a waste of money if you are looking to tone your body i would suggest running or going to a gym or just doing home exercises with some light weights. good luck !!!

My 6 month old wont sleep unless I'm near her?

It seems all of a sudden within the last couple of weeks my baby cannot sleep in her own crib. Since I feed anyway I let her sleep in our bed. We have a king so there is plenty of room. However, it's getting to the point where at night she wont go to sleep unless I go to sleep with her. When I put her in our bed, after she falls asleep, she will wake up 5-10 mins later crying unless I crawl into bed with her. I have things to do for the next day and I cannot go to sleep as early as she does. I noticed that she sleeps more soundly on her stomach so I just flipped her over. So far she has been asleep for 20 mins now. She was never a tummy sleeper because I got freaked out about SIDS and she always slept on her back. She can hold her head up and rolls onto her side but never flipped onto her tummy during sleep. Should I be worried putting her to sleep on her belly?

How can I stop my panda bear hamster from biting!?

Ok, I bought my panda bear hamster named Oreo early in the summer. However, as of the past two months she chews on the cage doors constantly so it twangs when my fiance and I are trying to sleep. I have tried everything to keep her entertained we bought a $100 dollar cage set up, which contains two different wheels, a hammock, and two observation decks. She just seems to be very board. A while back I bought this dog from a puppy store. At that point, I am sorry to say I did not know about puppy mills. I fell in love with this adorable little Pom, she was cute and fuzzy, and I did not know anything about CKC ( the bad one). She is a "Blue Merle". Now that she has grown up, she doesn't look like my other Pom which is AKC registered ( again, i'm sorry to say I didn't know CKC was a bad club). Dena said that I manipulated her into a situation she did not want to get involved in, and that I was just being vindictive. Trina's husband said he would have eventually done this because she was not listening. I do not feel like this is my fault, and I do not feel like I manipulated Dena into any situations. On a dirtbike, can having the wrong valve clearances cause the cam chain to snap?

On my 2007 KTM 525xc the cam chain snapped and broke the head. I am just wondering what may have caused this to happen, as my bike is not very old and seemed to be in good shape. I recently adjusted the intake valves to the .005 clearance and adjusted the throttle clip on the pin in the carb to get the bike running a bit better (and it worked) But then as soon as I got it going strong the cam chain snapped and broke a hole in the side of the case. The oil was fresh in the bike and it had the right level, coolant level was good, freshly rebuilt carb and vlave adjustment, and everything else was seemingly good. Could it have happened because I spaced my valves wrong? or was it probably because the previous owner just rode it too hard and it eventually gave out? Please answer if you are experienced I know a good amount about general care for bikes but this one really stumped me.
