How was Bush's presidency changed by 9/11? Do you think he would have been reelected if 9/11 didn't happen?

He had one of the highest approval ratings even in 2006 2 years after the election so yes he would still be the president. i think if you want toblame anyone I would blame Kerry's failure to gain support.
